Secure your vendor space at Divine Existence LLC’s vibrant Kids Paint & Jam event! This $40 RSVP fee reserves your setup and helps us maintain a safe, organized, and mission-aligned experience for all families.

Included with RSVP:

• (2) 6-foot folding tables
• (3) chairs
• Placement in designated vendor zone
• Promotion on event materials and social media (if registered by deadline)

Vendor Requirements:

• Must hold a valid South Carolina retail license (tax ID)
• Responsible for own setup, signage, and cleanup
• All products must be family-friendly and appropriate for children
• No open flames, hazardous materials, or amplified sound without prior approval

Legal & Safety Notice:
By submitting payment, vendors agree to:

• Abide by all local laws and event guidelines
• Hold Divine Existence LLC harmless from any liability related to vendor operations, products, or interactions
• Provide proof of insurance if selling food, offering services, or conducting high-traffic activities
• Respect all safety protocols and staff instructions during setup, operation, and breakdown
