  • Two (2) chairs
  • Standard promotional mention if registered before the marketing deadline

All RSVP fees are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.

Vendor Requirements

South Carolina Retail License

All food truck vendors must hold a valid South Carolina Retail License (SC Tax ID) and are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax.

Food Safety & Compliance

Vendors must comply with:

  • South Carolina DHEC food safety regulations
  • Proper food handling, storage, and temperature control
  • All required mobile food permits
  • Any inspections required by local authorities

Equipment & Setup

  • Vendor must supply their own power source unless pre‑approved
  • Generators must be safe, properly ventilated, and not excessively loud
  • Vendor is responsible for all cooking equipment, cords, signage, and waste disposal
  • Setup must be completed within the assigned window
  • Vendor must fully clean their area before leaving

Product Standards

  • Menu items must be family‑friendly and appropriate for a children’s event
  • No alcohol, tobacco, or adult‑themed products
  • No open flames outside the food truck without written approval
